摘要
污泥和改性生物质都有一定的粘结性能,二者混合物可做为复合粘结剂与粉煤混合压制成燃料型煤。本文采用3%NaOH改性的生物质调理污泥来改变粘度,分析了不同改性生物质添加比例下污泥的粘度、粒径和Zeta电位,同时探究了产生粘性的原因。结果表明,污泥和改性生物质的混合比例为1:1(pH=10.7)时粘度最大;污泥和改性生物质混合中在混合比例为1:1时中值粒径最大、Zeta电位绝对值最小;将粘度最大的混合物通过FTIR、SEM表征发现调理前后红外光谱出峰大体一致,但也存在着一些差异,这些差异正是粘性产生的原因。本研究为城市剩余污泥作为粘结剂资源化利用方面提供一定的理论指导。
Both sludge and modified biomass have certain binder properties,and the mixture of the two can be used as a composite binder to be mixed with pulverized coal to be pressed into fuel type coal.In this paper,3% NaOH-modified biomass-conditioned sludge was used to change the viscosity,and the viscosity,particle size and zeta potential of the sludge were analyzed with different additive ratios of the modified biomass,while the reasons for the viscosity were explored.The results showed that the viscosity was maximum when the mixing ratio of sludge and modified biomass was 1:1(pH=10.7);the median particle size was the largest and the absolute value of zeta potential was the smallest in the mixture of sludge and modified biomass with a mixing ratio of 1:1;and the mixture with the largest viscosity was found to have roughly the same peaks in infrared spectra before and after the conditioning through the characterization of FTIR and SEM.The peaks of the infrared spectra were generally the same,but there were some differences,and these differences were the reasons for the viscosity.This study can provide some theoretical guidance for the resource utilization of urban residual sludge as binder.
