高层住宅建筑结构设计安全性分析与提升路径

摘要 为探讨高层住宅建筑结构设计的安全性分析要点及提升路径,本文从高层住宅建筑结构安全性能要求出发,从结构体系、结构要素、材料性能、工艺技术、环境条件等角度梳理了影响高层住宅建筑结构安全性的因素,从结构安全风险识别、结构分析逻辑、结构设计、性能验算以及钢结构设计、混凝土结构设计、抗震设计、抗风设计等角度分析高层住宅建筑结构设计中的安全性考量要点,并指出高层住宅建筑结构设计安全性提升需要结构设计工作促进系统思考、多元优化和灵活创新的发生。 In order to explore the key points and improvement paths of safety analysis in the structural design of high-rise residential buildings,this paper starts from the requirements of structural safety performance of high-rise residential buildings,and analyzes the factors that affect the safety of high-rise residential building structures from the perspectives of structural system,structural elements,material performance,process technology,environmental conditions,etc.The safety considerations in the structural design of high-rise residential buildings are analyzed from the perspectives of structural safety risk identification,structural analysis logic,structural design,performance verification,as well as steel structure design,concrete structure design,seismic design,wind resistance design,etc.It is pointed out that to improve the safety of high-rise residential building structure design,it is necessary to promote systematic thinking,multiple optimization and flexible innovation in structural design.
