复方苦参洗剂熏洗坐浴用于混合痔术后的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Fumigation,Washing and Sitz Bath with Compound Kushen Lotion for Postoperative Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的:探讨复方苦参洗剂熏洗坐浴用于混合痔术后的临床效果。方法:选取2023年6月至2023年9月,本院收治的44例混合痔外剥内扎术后患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各22例。观察组患者术后采用本院自拟复方苦参洗剂熏洗坐浴,对照组患者术后使用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液坐浴。观察比较2组治疗后2d、6d和10d的肛周水肿、出血及疼痛等情况。结果:术后6d和10d,观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),且出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后10 d,观察组肛周水肿情况优于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间和创口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参洗剂熏洗坐浴可以显著减轻混合痔术后肛周水肿、疼痛及出血等情况,且能减少住院时间,加速创口愈合。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Com-pound Kushen Lotion for postoperative mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Total 44 postoperative patients treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy for mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from June 2023 to September 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 22 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Compound Kush-en Lotion,while patients in the control group received sitz bath with 1∶5000 potassium permanganate so-lution.The perianal edema,bleeding and pain on the 2nd,6th and 10th day after treatment were observed and compared.Results On the 6th and 10th day after operation,the postoperative pain score of the ob-servation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the amount of blood loss of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 10th day after operation,the perianal edema of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the length of hospital stay and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fumigation,washing and sitz bath with Compound Kushen Lotion can significantly relieve postoperative perianal edema,pain and bleeding of mixed hemor-rhoids,reduce hospital stay and accelerate wound healing.
