时效性激励护理联合造口扩张训练在直肠癌造口术后的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of Timeliness Incentive Nursing Combined with Stoma Expansion Training on Rectal Cancer after Ostomy

目的:分析时效性激励护理联合造口扩张训练在直肠癌造口术后的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年2月,本院收治的80例直肠癌造瘘术患者,按数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组术后采用造口扩张训练,观察组在此基础上联合时效性激励护理干预。对比2组肠造口接受程度、自我管理能力和并发症等。结果:观察组干预后自主与接受、评估支持度和评估重要性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),居家造口自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:时效性激励护理联合造口扩张训练可以提高直肠癌造口术后患者对肠造口的接受度及居家自我管理能力,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of timeliness incentive nursing combined with sto-ma expansion training on rectal cancer after ostomy.Methods From January 2020 to February 2023,to-tal 80 patients with ostomy of rectal cancer in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to numerical random table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was trained to expand stoma after operation,while the observation group was combined with timeli-ness incentive nursing intervention on this basis.The acceptance degree,self-management ability and com-plications of ostomy were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of autonomy and acceptance,assessment support and assessment importance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of home self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Timeliness incentive nursing combined with stoma expansion training can improve the acceptance of stoma and home self-management ability of patients after ostomy of rectal cancer,which is worthy of clinical pro-motion and application.
