中医护理对肛周脓肿术后患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Pain and Sleep Quality in Postoperative Patients with Perianal Abscess

目的:探讨中医护理对肛周脓肿术后患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择2022年1月至2023年6月,本院78例肛周脓肿手术患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各39例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合中医护理干预,比较2组疼痛、排尿障碍、便秘及睡眠质量评分(PSQI)。结果:护理后,观察组疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后1周和2周,观察组排尿障碍评分及便秘评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PSQI总分及各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肛周脓肿术后患者采用中医护理干预,可显著减轻疼痛程度,改善排尿障碍及便秘状况,提高睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing on pain and sleep quality of postoperative patients with perianal abscess.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,total 78 postoperative patients with perianal abscess in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group combined with TCM nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The pain,voiding disorder,constipation and sleep quality scores(PSQI)were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the first and second weeks after nursing,the scores of voiding disorder and constipation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of PSQI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of TCM nursing intervention in postoperative patients with perianal abscess can significantly re-duce the degree of pain,improve voiding disorder and constipation,and enhance sleep quality,which is wor-thy of clinical promotion and application.
