廉洁文化作为中华民族优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,发挥着教育、浸润、凝聚等不可替代的功能。新时代,党把廉洁文化建设摆在了更加突出的位置。高校附属医院在为人民群众生命健康保驾护航的同时,还肩负着教书育人、为社会培养合格医疗卫生人才的重大任务。加强新时代高校附属医院廉洁文化建设创新研究,是坚定不移推进党的自我革命伟大实践的应有之义,是消除医院腐败风险的现实需要,是推动医院高质量发展的内在要求。当前,公立医院廉洁文化建设还存在诸多薄弱环节,如廉洁文化建设缺乏系统谋划,分层、分类不够细化,内容、形式有待创新,线上阵地拓展不足,走深走实存在差距。新时代高校附属医院廉洁文化建设应注重创新廉洁文化建设的内容与方式,拓展廉洁文化建设媒介,分时、分层、分类针对性开展,丰富廉洁文化建设举措,健全相关制度保障。
