自拟益气化瘀通淋汤治疗输尿管结石的效果

Effect of Self-Made Yiqi Huayu Tonglin Decoction on Ureteral Stones

目的探讨自拟益气化瘀通淋汤治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月罗定市中医院收治的80例输尿管结石患者。随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者服用坦索罗辛治疗,观察组患者服用自拟益气化瘀通淋汤治疗。干预后进行泌尿系彩超、腹平片检查,观察结石排除情况、治疗效果以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的结石排出率为65.00%,高于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者结石排出时间为(7.65±1.25)d,短于对照组的(10.25±1.37)d;结石位置移动度为(8.65±1.65)cm,大于对照组的(5.64±1.24)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对有所患者进行至少15 d随访,2组用药后不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于10 mm以下的输尿管结石,自拟益气化瘀通淋汤能够有效提升患者的结石排出率,缩短结石排出时间,与传统α受体阻滞剂坦索罗辛相比,促进输尿管结石排出的效果更好,具有一定临床价值。此文的研究结果为输尿管结石临床疗效后期标准制定提供了借鉴内容。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made Yiqi Huayu Tonglin decoction on ureteral stones.Methods A total of 80 patients with ureteral calculi treated in Luoding City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received tamsulosin treatment,while the observation group received self-prepared Yiqi Huayu Tonglin decoction.After the intervention,urinary system color ultrasound and abdominal plain film were performed to observe the removal of stones,the therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The stone expulsion rate of observation group was 65.00%,which was higher than 37.50%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The calculi expulsion time in the observation group was(7.65±1.25)d,which was shorter than(10.25±1.37)d in the control group.The degree of stone location movement was(8.65±1.65)cm,which was higher than(5.64±1.24)cm of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients were followed up for at least 15 days,and there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For ureteral stones below 10 mm,self-designed Yiqi Huayu Tonglin decoction can effectively improve the stone removal rate and shorten the stone removal time of patients,which is different from traditional methodsαCompared with the receptor blocker tamsulosin,it has a better effect in promoting the excretion of ureteral stones and has certain clinical value.The research results of this article provide reference content for the formulation of late stage clinical efficacy standards for ureteral stones.
