摘要
目的:探讨与分析中医推拿配合八段锦锻炼对膝骨性关节炎患者的应用效果。方法:选择2022年4月-2022年10月本院诊治的75例膝骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按随机信封抽签法将其分为联合组(n=38)和对照组(n=37)。对照组给予常规中医推拿治疗,联合组在对照组基础上增加八段锦锻炼,2组观察时间均为4周。比较2组的疼痛评分、不良反应发生率、优良率。结果:治疗4周后,2组疼痛VAS评分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医推拿配合八段锦锻炼在膝骨性关节炎患者中的应用能促进疼痛缓解,减少不良反应的发生,提高患者的总体疗效。
Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of traditional chinese medicine massage combined with eight section brocade exercise on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:75 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital from April 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects,divide them into a combined group(n=38)and a control group(n=37)using a random envelope drawing method.The control group received routine traditional Chinese medicine massage treatment,while the combined group received an additional eight section brocade exercise on the basis of the control group.Both groups were observed for 4 weeks.The pain scores,incidence of adverse reactions,and excellence rates between two groups were compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores for pain in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of the combined group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with eight section brocade exercise in patients with knee osteoarthritis can promote pain relief,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the overall therapeutic effect of patients.
