本森放松技术护理结合快速康复护理对甲状腺癌患者的应用效果

Application Effects of Benson Relaxation Technique Nursing Combined with Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Thyroid Cancer Patients

目的探究本森放松技术护理结合快速康复护理对甲状腺癌患者的应用效果。方法选取河南中医药大学第一附属医院2021年6月至2022年6月收治的94例拟行甲状腺全部切除手术的甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,均47例,对照组接受快速康复护理,试验组接受本森放松技术护理结合快速康复护理。比较两组患者的围手术期护理前后自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分及护理后并发症发生率、生活质量综合评定问卷74(GQOL-74)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、术后下床时间、住院时间、恢复时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果两组护理前ESCA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组手术3周后的ESCA评分较护理前升高,试验组ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理后并发症比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组护理后并发症发生率(6.38%)低于对照组(19.15%)(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组手术3周后的GQOL-74评分较高(P<0.05),PSQI评分较低(P<0.05),手术3周后试验组术后下床时间、住院时间、恢复时间均短于常规组(P<0.05),VAS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论本森放松技术护理结合快速康复护理在甲状腺癌围手术期护理中的应用,有利于提高自我护理能力,改善患者生活质量,降低患者并发症发生率,促进恢复,缓解疼痛,值得在临床中推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Benson relaxation technique nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing on thyroid cancer patients.Methods A total of 94 patients with thyroid cancer who were to undergo total thyroidectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 47 cases.The control group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing,and the experimental group was given Benson relaxation technique nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing.The exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score before and after perioperative care and the rate of complications after care,quality of life scale(GQOL-74)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,time to get out of bed,hospital stay,recovery time and visual analogue score(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in ESCA scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The ESCA scores of the two groups after 3 weeks of operation were higher than those before nursing,and the ESCA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of complications after nursing between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after nursing in the experimental group(6.38%)was lower than that in the control group(19.15%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the GQOL-74 score of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),the PSQI score was lower(P<0.05),time to get out of bed,hospital stay,recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Benson relaxation technique nursing combined with rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative care of thyroid cancer is conducive to improving the ability of self-care and the quality of life of patients,reducing the incidence of complications,promoting recovery and relieving pain,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
