骨折联络护理在老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Functional Progressive Rehabilitation Goal Combined with Fracture Liaison Nursing in Elderly Patients with Lumbar Compression Fractures

目的探讨骨折联络护理在老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后的应用价值。方法回顾性选取漯河市骨科医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的120例老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者,根据护理方法分为研究组(60例)和常规组(60例)。常规组接受常规护理干预,研究组在常规组基础上接受骨折联络护理,比较两组伤椎高度[伤椎前缘高度值(AH)/后缘高度值(PH)%]、腰椎功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]、应对方式、康复依从性、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)]。结果干预后研究组AH/PH%高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后研究组积极应对、GQOL-74总分高于常规组,步行、生活自理、消极应对、疼痛强度、社会生活评分及ODI总分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组康复依从率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论骨折联络护理可改善老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者腰椎功能,促进伤椎高度恢复,调节患者应对方式,提升患者康复依从性,进一步改善预后。

Objective To investigate the application value of progressive functional rehabilitation combined with fracture liaison nursing in elderly patients with lumbar compression fracture.Methods A total of 120 cases of elderly lumbar spine compression fracture patients attending Luohe Orthopaedic Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into the study group(60 cases)and the conventional group(60 cases)according to the nursing methods.The conventional group was given conventional nursing interventions,and the study group was given fracture liaison care on the basis of the conventional group.The height of the injured vertebrae[anterior margin height value of the injured vertebrae(AH)/posterior margin height value of the injured vertebrae(PH)%],lumbar spine function[Oswestry disability index(ODI)],coping styles,adherence to rehabilitation,and quality of life[generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOL-74)]were compared between the two groups.Results The AH/PH%of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group after the intervention(P<0.05).the total scores of positive coping and GQOL-74 of the study group were higher than that of the conventional group after the intervention,and the total scores of walking,self-care of life,negative coping,pain intensity,social life scores,and ODI were lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the rate of adherence to rehabilitation in the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fracture liaison care can improve lumbar spine function in elderly patients with lumbar compression fractures,promote the recovery of the height of the injured vertebrae,regulate the patient’s coping styles,enhance the patient’s adherence to rehabilitation,and further improve the prognosis.
