综合护理干预在鼻外科手术患者中的应用效果及对自我管理的影响

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nasal surgery patients and its influence on self-management

目的研究综合护理干预在鼻外科手术患者中的应用效果及对自我管理的影响。方法选取2022年1月至12月九江市第三人民医院收治的88例鼻外科手术患者作为研究对象,按照双色球法分组,将44例拿到红球的患者设为对照组,接受常规护理,将44例拿到蓝球的患者纳入观察组,并进行综合护理干预。比较两组患者的情绪评分[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、自尊量表评分、Herth希望量表评分(HHI)、自我管理能力评分、疼痛数字分级法(NRS)评分、护理满意度。结果观察组干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,自尊量表评分、HHI评分以及自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后2、12、24、48 h的NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于鼻外科手术患者中能够减轻其负面情绪以及术后疼痛感,促进其自尊、希望水平的改善,减少并发症的发生,提升自我管理能力以及满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nasal surgery patients and its influence on self-management.Methods A total of 88 patients with nasal surgery admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the bicolor sphere method,44 patients who got the red sphere were set as the control group and received routine care,44 patients who got the blue sphere were included in the observation group and comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out.The emotional scores of the two groups were compared,including self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-esteem scale,Herth hope index(HHI),self-management ability,numerical rating scale(NRS)and nursing satisfaction.Results After intervention,SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and self-esteem scale scores,HHI scores and self-management ability scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the observation group at 2,12,24 and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in nasal surgery patients can alleviate their negative emotions and postoperative pain,promote the improvement of their self-esteem and hope level,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve self-management ability and satisfaction.
