安神补脑液联合地西泮治疗气血两虚型失眠症的临床研究

Clinical study on Anshen Bunao Liquid combined with diazepam in treatment of insomnia with qi and blood deficiency type

目的探究安神补脑液联用地西泮治疗气血两虚型失眠症患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月在聊城市第二人民医院治疗的气血两虚型失眠症患者112例,根据治疗方案分成对照组和治疗组,每组各56例。对照组患者口服地西泮片,5 mg/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服安神补脑液,10 m L/次,2次/d。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者失眠程度、疲劳程度和生活质量,血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)水平,以及血清促炎和抗炎细胞因子水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为78.57%和94.64%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ISI和MFI-20评分明显降低,而WHOQOL-BREF评分明显提升(P<0.05),且治疗组ISI评分、MFI-20评分和WHOQOL-BREF评分改善的更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清5-HT、BDNF、GABA、肿瘤坏死因子-α(THF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平明显升高(P<0.05),而白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组血清学水平明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论安神补脑液联合地西泮治疗气血两虚型失眠症疗效显著,不仅能够显著改善患者疲劳程度和生活质量,同时还能够促进血清学指标的恢复并有效改善体内炎症因子的平衡。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Anshen Bunao Liquid combined with diazepam in treatment of insomnia with qi and blood deficiency type.Methods Patients(112 cases)with insomnia with qi and blood deficiency type in Liaocheng Second People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into control and treatment group based on different treatments,and each group had 56 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Diazepam Tablets,5 mg/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Anshen Bunao Liquid on the basis of the control group,10 mL/time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical evaluations were evaluated,the insomnia,fatigue,and quality of life,the levels of serum 5-HT,BDNF and GABA,and the serum pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 78.57%and 94.64%respectively,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ISI and MFI-20 scores in two groups were significantly decreased,while the WHOQOL-BREF scores were significantly increased,and these scores in the treatment group were improved more significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum 5-HT,BDNF,GABA,THF-αand IL-1βin two groups were significantly increased,while the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly decreased,and the level of serology in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Anshen Bunao Liquid and diazepam has a significant therapeutic effect on insomnia of qi and blood deficiency type,which can not only significantly improve the degree of fatigue and quality of life,but also promote the recovery of serological indexes and effectively improve the balance of inflammatory factors.
