新时代以来,中国共产党立足形势任务和党内情况重要变化,将严肃党内政治生活摆在突出位置,严明党的政治纪律和政治规矩。这体现的是中国共产党跳出历史周期率、应对百年未有之大变局、推进全面从严治党的基本要求。中国共产党以坚定理想信念为首要任务,以严明党的纪律尤其是政治纪律和政治规矩为根本抓手,以党内制度建设为重要保障,有效提高了党内政治生活质量,持续净化党内政治生态。在新时代严肃党内政治生活的实践中,形成了以抓“关键少数”为重点,党内监督和群众监督相促进,党纪与国法相衔接,继承与创新相结合等重要经验,为继续加强和规范党内政治生活提供了基础与保障。

Since the new era,the CPC,based on the important changes in conditions,tasks,and the intra-party situation,has given prominence to tightening political activities within the Party and strictly enforced the Party's political discipline and political rules.This reflects the basic requirements of the CPC to break out of the historical cycle,cope with the great changes unseen in a century,and promote comprehensive and strict party governance.The CPC has effectively improved the quality of the intra-party political activities and continued to purify its internal political ecology by strengthening its ideals and convictions as the primary task,strictly enforcing party discipline,especially political discipline and political rules,as the fundamental focus,and building intra-party institutions as an important guarantee.In the practice of tightening political activities within the Party in the new era,important experience has been formed,such as focusing on the"key minority",promoting internal supervision and mass supervision,connecting party discipline and national law,and combining inheritance and innovation,which provide reference for further strengthening and regulating political activities within the Party.
