摘要
中小微白酒企业在面临市场波动、竞争加剧等危机时,如何构建有效的危机管理机制和规避策略成为当前一大难题。本文通过分析中小微白酒企业常见的危机类型及成因,并针对性地提出了危机预警、危机应对和危机恢复等管理策略。研究结果表明,建立科学的危机管理体系、加强内部沟通与协作、提升品牌影响力和市场竞争力,是中小微白酒企业有效应对和规避危机的关键,从而有助于白酒企业实现可持续发展。
In the face of market fluctuations,intensified competition and other crises,how to build an effective crisis management mechanism and avoidance strategies has become a major problem for small,medium-sized and micro Baijiu enterprises.This paper analyzes the common crisis types and causes of small and medium-sized micro Baijiu enterprises,and puts forward management strategies such as crisis early warning,crisis response and crisis recovery.The research results show that the establishment of a scientific crisis management system,strengthening internal communication and cooperation,and improving brand influence and market competitiveness are the keys for small,medium-sized and micro Baijiu enterprises to effectively respond to and avoid the crisis,thus helping Baijiu enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
