协同推进高效驱油与终极埋存 加速形成CCUS新质生产力

摘要 超临界态CO_(2)的驱油效果显著优于甲烷、氮气等其他常见驱油气介质。实践证明,CO_(2)混相驱能够在水驱基础上提高采收率10~25个百分点,CO_(2)驱能显著提高低渗透油藏可采储量,是与水驱开发同等重要的开发方式和大幅度提高采收率技术,是新时代油气开发的新质生产力。除了具有增产油气的机理,CO_(2)驱油驱气过程还能够实现碳埋存,具备为碳中和贡献碳指标的特质。需要建立与CO_(2)驱相适应的全新生产工程技术体系,包括建立高效开发与终极埋存油藏工程、全新注入采出与埋存井筒工程、全新地面工程密闭工艺流程、网络化CO_(2)输送管道,确保实现CCUS井筒、地面流程、地质体和管理的完整性及油藏工程的模式化,建议建立务实的财税金融政策扶持体系,培养一批CCUS专业人才队伍,加快CCUS-EGR重大试验,实现与新能源业务融合发展。 The displacement efficiency of supercritical state CO_(2) flooding are obviously better than those of other common displacement media,such as methane and nitrogen.The field CO_(2) flooding practice indicates that CO_(2) miscible displacement is able to improve the final oil recovery factor by 10 to 25 percentages compared to water flooding.CO_(2) flooding can remarkably increase the recoverable reserve of low-permeability reservoirs.It is the same important development method as water flooding and a technology that can dramatically enhance oil recovery.Therefore,it is the new quality productive forces for oil and gas development in the new era.In addition to the mechanism of increasing oil and gas production,CO_(2) flooding can also achieve carbon sequestration and contribute carbon indicators to carbon neutrality.It is necessary to establish an all-new production engineering and technological system suitable for CO_(2) flooding,including reservoir engineering for high-efficiency development and permanent burial,wellbore engineering for all-new injection,producing and geological storage,all-new surface engineering of closed process flow,and a network of CO_(2) transportation pipelines to ensure the integrity of CCUS wellbore,surface processes,geological bodies,and project management,as well as the standardization of reservoir engineering.It is proposed to establish a pragmatic workable financial and tax policy support system,cultivate a group of CCUS professional talents,and accelerate some key field pilot tests of CCUS-EGR,and realize the integration development with new energy business.
