铁路隧道控爆影响区对技术经济指标的影响分析

摘要 为研究铁路隧道控爆影响区对技术经济指标的影响,本文从现行隧道开挖定额施组及爆破振动影响区理论模型入手,建立一套在隧道控爆振速要求下系统确定最大装药量及定额调整参数的研究方法与思路,为后续勘察设计阶段新版隧道预算定额控爆参数调整及开挖技术经济指标的合理确定提供必要依据。研究结果表明:1)不同振速及R值条件下,最大装药量Q值随围岩级别增加,表现出更低的参数敏感性及响应性(斜率减小,增速减慢),在低R值范围区间(10~50 m)不同围岩级别在不同振速条件下变化幅度较小,但在高R值范围区间(50~90m)不同围岩级别在不同振速条件下变化幅度较大;2)II级围岩形成的“雷达图”为不同围岩级别下的包络图,不同工况组合越趋于雷达包络图内侧,即控爆要求越严格,技术经济指标增幅越大。 To study the impact of controlled blasting on technical and economic indicators in railway tunnels,this paper starts with the theoretical model of tunnel excavation quota construction and blasting vibration impact area,and establishes a systematic method for determining the maximum charge and quota adjustment parameters.This provides necessary basis for reasonably determining the technical and economic indicators of controlled blasting excavation in railway tunnels during the survey and design stage,The research results show that:1)under different vibration speeds and R values,the maximum charge Q value shows lower parameter sensitivity and responsiveness(slope decreases and growth rate slows down)as the rock mass level increases.In the low R value range(10-50m),the variation amplitude of different rock mass levels under different vibration speed conditions is small,but in the high R value range(50-90m),the variation amplitude of different rock mass levels under different vibration speed conditions is large;2)The"radar map"formed by Level I surrounding rock is the envelope map for different levels of surrounding rock,and different working conditions tend to be closer to the inner side of the radar envelope map,that is,the stricter the blasting control requirements,and the greater the increase in technical and economic indicators.
