摘要
本文基于对现阶段铁路隧道防灾救援设计现状的归纳,结合铁路项目分析铁路隧道防灾救援施工组织特点,并对现行的铁路隧道防灾救援定额及费用计取方式进行分析,总结了防灾救援工程定额的适应性,并选取典型案例进行了测定验证。结论表明,铁路隧道防灾救援排烟风道存在空间分布复杂,工作面多,施工设备周转效率低等特点,现行定额及计费方式可能存在费用不足,现场测定的人材机消耗较定额有明显出入。
This article is based on the summary of the current situation of disaster prevention and rescue design in railway tunnels,combined with the analysis of the characteristics of railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue construction organization,and the analysis of the current railway tunnel disaster prevention and rescue quota and cost calculation method.The adaptability of disaster prevention and rescue engineering quota is summarized,and typical cases are selected for measurement and verification.The conclusion indicates that the smoke exhaust ducts for disaster prevention and rescue in railway tunnels have complex spatial distribution,multiple working faces,and low turnover efficiency of construction equipment.The current quota and billing method may have insufficient costs,and there may be significant discrepancies in the consumption of personnel,materials,and machinery measured on site compared to the quota.
