摘要
本文依托广东省内五个已开通运营的城际铁路项目实践经验,针对联调联试等有关费用进行研究。通过对设计阶段概算编制情况和实施阶段发生费用情况及差异性进行详细研究,归纳出样本项目实施阶段费用普遍增加的现象,总结出实施阶段费用增加主要由费用项目增加和费用内容变化引起。进一步分析实施阶段费用的分布特点和其与线路长度的相关性,提炼实施阶段的费用特点,揭示了现行造价标准适应性不强的现状,提出投资管控建议。
This paper Based on the practical experience of five inter-city railway projects that have been put into operation in Guangdong Province,this paper studies the related costs of joint investigation and trial.Through the detailed study of the budget estimates in the design stage and the cost incurred in the implementation stage and the differences,the phenomenon of the general increase of the cost in the implementation stage of the sample projects is summarized,and the increase of the cost in the implementation stage is mainly caused by the increase of the cost items and the change of the cost content.Further analyze the distribution characteristics of the cost in the implementation stage and its correlation with the line length,extract the cost characteristics in the implementation stage,reveal the current situation of weak adaptability of the current cost standard,and put forward investment control suggestions.
