复杂工况下盾构隧道施工成本控制研究

Research on Construction Cost Control of Shield Tunnels Under Complex Working Conditions

随着轨道交通建设的快速发展,盾构法作为一种高效、安全的隧道施工方法,在铁路隧道建设中得到了广泛应用。然而,由于盾构段施工环境的复杂性和不确定性,施工过程中容易遇到各种难点问题,如何控制复杂工况下的施工成本成为项目成本控制的关键。基于此,本文结合铁路建设实际工程项目,详细探讨了盾构段的施工难点及痛点,并深入分析了其对施工成本控制的影响;随后,针对施工难点问题有针对性地提出了施工优化对策,并进一步系统地阐述了复杂工况下盾构隧道施工成本控制措施与建议,以期为类似工程项目提供了参考依据。

With the rapid development of rail transit construction,shield method,as an efficient and safe tunnel construction method,has been widely used in railway tunnel construction.However,due to the complexity and uncertainty of the construction environment of shield section,various difficult problems are easily encountered during the construction process.How to control the construction cost under complex working conditions has become the key to total project cost control.Based on this,in this paper,combined with actual railway construction projects,the construction difficulties and pain points of the shield section are elaborated in detail,the impact on construction cost control is deeply explored,and targeted construction optimization strategies are proposed.Subsequently,the construction cost control measures and suggestions for shield tunnel under complex working conditions are further systematically discussed to provide reference for similar engineering projects.
