数字经济对浙江省“创新红利”的释放:理论解释与对策建议

数字技术的发展催生了数字经济,使其在市场经济发展的地位越来越突出。特别是新冠疫情下数字经济表现出较强的刚性,受到学术界广泛关注。为验证数字经济对区域创新能力的影响,本文通过构建模型,利用浙江省11个地级市数据进行基准回归检验,稳健性检验等分析。结果发现,数字经济对区域“创新红利”的释放存在非线性U型关系。最后本文从数字基础建设布局、数字经济营商环境、数字经济发展防范“脱实向虚”以及企业数字经济发展四个方面提出建议,以期为地方数字经济发展提供借鉴。

The development of digital technology has spawned the digital economy,which is becoming increasingly prominent in the development of the market economy.Particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic,the digital economy has demonstrated strong resilience and has attracted widespread attention from the academic community.To verify the influence of the digital economy on regional innovation capabilities,this article constructs a model and uses data from 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang Province for benchmark regression tests and robustness checks.The results reveal a nonlinear U-shaped relationship between the digital economy and the release of“innovation dividends”in regions.Finally,the article proposes suggestions in four areas:the layout of digital infrastructure,the business environment of the digital economy,preventing the shift from real to virtual in digital economic development,and the development of the digital economy in enterprises,aiming to provide references for local digital economic development.
