RCEP影响下浙台服务业融合发展分析

An Analysis of Integrated Development of Zhejiang and Taiwan region Services Industry under the Impact of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement

《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)生效后将对台湾地区的服务业产生深远影响。从产业比较优势的角度出发,运用显示性比较优势指数(RCA)和贸易竞争优势指数(TC)分析发现金融业,保险业,个人、文化和娱乐服务业在浙江属于竞争力较弱产业,而恰恰是台湾地区的强势行业。为此,建议采用对台金融业细分行业差异化引资,推动浙台保险业“互联网+经营理念”合资经营,多方位打造浙台文化、医疗、康养等产业合作新高地三大策略深化浙台服务业融合发展。

After the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)comes into effect,it will have profound implications for the service industry in Taiwan region.This study examines the impact of RCEP on Taiwan's region service sector.Starting from the perspective of industrial comparative advantage,it utilizes the Revealed Comparative Advantage Index(RCA)and Trade Competitiveness Index(TC)to analyze the financial industry,insurance industry,as well as personal,cultural,and entertainment services.It is found that these industries exhibit weak competitiveness in Zhejiang but strong competitiveness in Taiwan region.It is suggested to attract Taiwan region ese financial industry through strengthened investment promotion,leverage digital economic advantages to attract Taiwan region insurance industry,and strengthen cooperation to enhance collaboration in cultural and medical industries between the two regions.
