摘要
为探究当前大学生的失信心理与行为表现,为高校开展失信惩戒教育提供参考,研究团队自编“大学生失信心理与行为调查问卷”开展问卷调查,共获得815份有效样本,统计分析发现:(1)大学生对失信行为有较为理性清晰的认知;(2)失信后表现出“担心、害怕”与“后悔”的心理体验;(3)对高校开展失信惩戒教育持有正确的态度。基于调研结果,提出如下惩戒教育建议:(1)进一步开展大学生信用公示及档案建设,提高惩戒威慑强度;(2)开展网络法治建设,惩治网络失信;(3)家校社密切协作,共同建构诚信教育体系;(4)加强高校诚信文化建设。
In order to investigate the current psychological and behavioral manifestations of college students'breach of trust,and provide reference for colleges to carry out disciplinary education of breach of trust,the research team compiled and carried out its own questionnaire survey named“questionnaire on college students'psychological and behavioral breach of trust”,with a total of 938 valid samples.Statistical analysis found that:(1)college students have rational and clear understanding of the behavior of breach of trust;(2)college students show the psychological experience of“worry”,“fear”and“regret”after the breach of trust;(3)college students have correct attitudes towards the disciplinary education for breach of trust in colleges.Based on the results of the research,the following suggestions for disciplinary education are put forward:(1)further develop credit announcement and file construction of college students,and improve the deterrent strength of disciplinary action;(2)carry out the construction of the rule of law on the Internet,and penalize the breach of trust on the Internet;(3)closely collaborate with the family,school and society,and jointly construct integrity education system;(4)strengthen the construction of a culture of integrity in colleges.
