摘要
以2-乙酰基吡啶与4-吡啶甲醛为起始原料,通过一锅法合成4’-(吡啶基)-2,2’∶6’,2”-三联吡啶中间体,后与碘甲烷发生亲电加成反应生成一种具有良好水溶性的三联吡啶类荧光探针分子N-甲基-4-{4’-(2,2’∶6’,2”-三联吡啶)}-吡啶碘盐(L2),其结构和纯度经核磁共振波谱(NMR)和元素分析(EA)证实。紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱检测结果显示,探针L2与Zn^(2+)的络合比为2∶1,在0~14μmol/L范围内荧光强度与Zn^(2+)浓度之间具有良好的线性关系,检测限为1.46×10^(-7)mol/L,对水样中Zn^(2+)的检测结果令人满意。
The 4’-(pyridyl)-2,2’:6’,2’’-terpyridine(L1)and its methylation product(L2)were successfully synthesized by using 2-acetylpyridine and 4-pyridinecarboxaldehyde as starting materials,which were character-ized by the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(NMR)and elemental analysis(EA).The UV-vis absorp-tion and fluorescence spectroscopy results show that the binding ratio of probe L2 to Zn^(2+)is 2∶1,the linear re-sponse range is 0~14μmol/L,and the detection limit is 1.46×10^(-7)mol/L.Meanwhile,the detection results of Zn^(2+)in water samples are satisfactory.
