高压氧综合治疗对脊髓损伤患者临床疗效和认知及情绪的影响分析

Analysis of the impact of hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment on the clinical efficacy,cognition,and emotion of patients with spinal cord injury

目的:探讨高压氧综合治疗对脊髓损伤患者临床疗效和认知功能及焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2022年1月在临沂市中心医院接受治疗的100例脊髓损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组接受传统康复治疗及心理治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合高压氧治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、生命质量[汤旦林生命质量测定表(TDL-QOLAS)评分]、认知功能[简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)评分]及焦虑、抑郁水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(98.00%)明显高于对照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后TDL-QOLAS[(75.73±8.74)分]、MMSE[(19.45±2.62)分]评分高于对照组[(87.54±7.65)分,(23.25±3.45)分],贝克焦虑量表[(16.52±3.54)分]及国际疾病与分类第10版[(42.74±4.26)分]得分低于对照组[(27.72±4.58)分,(57.76±5.54)分],差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:术后康复训练联合高压氧治疗对脊髓损伤患者疗效显著,可有效缓解患者的认知功能障碍、焦虑及抑郁情绪。

ObjectiveTo study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment on the clinical efficacy,cognition,anxiety,and depression of patients with spinal cord injury.MethodsA total of 100 patients with spinal cord injury who received treatment in Linyi Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each.The control group received traditional rehabilitation treatment and psychological therapy,while the observation group received combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the treatments of the control group.The clinical efficacy,quality of life score,cognitive function,anxiety and depression levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the TDL-QOLAS(75.73±8.74)and MMSE(19.45±2.62)scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group[(87.54±7.65),(23.25±3.45)];while BAI(42.74±4.26)and ICD-10(16.52±3.54)scores were lower than those of the control group[(57.76±5.54),(27.72±4.58)],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionPostoperative rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen have obvious curative effects on patients with spinal cord injury and can effectively relieve patients’cognitive dysfunction,anxiety,and depression.
