生物检测样本快速调配系统的设计研究

摘要 针对突发公共卫生事件中生物检测样本调配优先等级不同、采样量与样本积压量信息不对称、运输路线难以动态规划等实际问题,通过样本采样模块、数据处理模块、检测处理模块、资源调配模块联动配合,构建生物检测样本的快速调配系统,在低成本下做到了快速、精准、高效率的检测资源分配。该系统可实现大规模生物样本筛查的区域统一调度,有效优化整体生物样本的检测顺序,改善不同能级实验室忙闲不均的业务状态,缓解由于道路拥堵耽误样本运输等状况,提高区域生物样本的总体检测效率。通过着重介绍生物检测快速调配系统的建设难点、系统模型与具体实现,旨在为类似应用场景提供参考。 To address the practical problems existing in public health emergencies,such as different priority levels of bioassay sample allocation,asymmetric information between sample volume and backlog,and difficulties in dynamic planning of transportation routes,a rapid allocation system for bioassay samples through the coordination of sample collection,data processing,assay processing and resource allocation modules,which enables rapid,accurate and efficient allocation of bioassay resources at low cost.The system can realize unified regional scheduling of large-scale biological sample screening,effectively optimize overall biological sample testing order,improve the uneven operational status of laboratories at different levels of capacity,alleviate the actual situation of sample transportation delay due to road congestion,and improve the overall testing efficiency of regional biological samples.This paper focuses on the construction difficulties,system model and implementation of the rapid allocation system for biological testing,aiming to provide reference for similar application scenarios.
