医院检验科试剂管理系统设计与应用

Design and application of reagent management system in hospital laboratory

针对我院检验科试剂管理粗放,存在自动化程度较低、有效期检查烦琐、试剂流向无法全流程监控、试剂使用量无法定量分析、漏费较多以及供应商管理困难等痛点难点问题,通过引入精细化管理理念,在试剂管理的全流程中建立了规范的精细化管理制度和模板,形成试剂精细化管理闭环,并在此基础上建设完成了LIS试剂精细化管理系统。在该系统的辅助下,我院检验科在提高试剂管理工作效率的同时,耗材占比得到有效降低,从系统上线前的28.33%降低到22.27%,间接降低了科室变动成本率,达成了成本管控的设定目标,取得了良好的应用价值。

In response to the pain points and difficulties of our laboratory's extensive management of reagents,including low degree of automation,cumbersome validity checks,unable to monitor the flow of reagents throughout the entire process,unable to quantitatively analyze the amount of reagents used,many missed fees and difficult supplier management,this paper introduces the concept of fine management and establishes standardized and fine management systems and templates throughout the whole process of reagent management.As a result,a closed-loop and fine management system for reagent was formed.On this basis,a LIS reagent fine management system was constructed and completed.With the assistance of this system,our laboratory department of our hospital not only improved the efficiency of reagent management,but also effectively reduced the proportion of consumables from 28.33%before the system was launched to 22.27%,which indirectly reduced the variable cost rate of the department,achieving the goal of cost control and good application value.
