数字化产前超声检查知情同意书的质量控制与患者使用体验分析研究

Research on quality control and patient experience analysis of electronic prenatal ultrasound informed consent

目的:分析数字化产前超声检查知情同意书(ePUIC)质量控制指标、告知效能和患者使用体验,评价ePUIC应用效果,研究优化方向。方法:前瞻性在产前超声检查患者中抽取2000例随机等分到干预组(使用ePUIC)和对照组(使用纸质PUIC)。对比分析两组知情同意书质控指标、告知效能、患者使用体验和总体评价,通过相关性分析寻找与总体评价强相关的体验指标。结果:干预组质控指标优于对照组。干预组患者理解程度测试、PPE-15量表总分、患者使用总体评价得分均高于对照组。4个维度(信息传递与患者教育、医疗服务的连续性、情感支持、尊重患者偏好)的患者体验与使用总体评价呈强相关。结论:ePUIC较纸质PUIC在签署质量、告知效能上均有提升,能为患者带来更优使用体验,是智慧医院建设的必然趋势。

Objective To analyze the quality control indicators,informing efficacy,and patient experience of the electronic prenatal ultrasound informed consent(ePUIC),evaluate the application effect of ePUIC,and study the direction of optimization.Methods A prospective sample of 2,000 prenatal ultrasound patients were randomly selected and equally divided into the intervention group(using ePUIC)and the control group(using paper PUIC).The quality control indicators,informing efficacy,patient experience and overall evaluation of the informed consent of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The experience indicators strongly related to the overall evaluation was found through correlation analysis.Results The quality control indicators of the intervention group were better than those of the control group.The comprehension level test,the total score of PPE-15 scale and the overall evaluation score of patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group.Four dimensions of patient experience(information delivery and patient education,continuity of medical services,emotional support,respect for patient preferences)were strongly correlated with the overall evaluation of use.Conclusion Compared with paper PUIC,ePUIC can improve signing quality and informing efficacy,and can bring better patient experience,which is an inevitable trend of smart hospital construction.
