摘要
目的:构建基于机器人流程自动化(RPA)技术的医疗数据自动化处理平台,实现自动化任务开发、配置、管理。方法:在充分分析自动化处理平台需求的基础上,设计包括数据获取层、模块层、任务层、管理层的平台架构,以模块为底层拓展到上层任务,并通过平台实现对任务的配置管理。结果:在平台的使用过程中,完成了7个统计上报任务,3大类数据治理类任务,3个系统功能类任务,开发任务时,在保证应用效率的同时,提高流程任务的复用率,减少重复开发。结论:在实践中,基于RPA的自动化平台可以在保证准确的前提下大幅减少常规工作量,灵活开发自动化任务,并对任务进行统一的管理配置。RPA自动化平台建设方案将为医院的多种自动化相关场景提供参考和借鉴。
Objective To construct an automated medical data processing platform based on Robotic Process Automation(RPA)technology,and realize the development,configuration and management of automated tasks.Methods On the basis of fully analyzing the requirements of the automated processing platform,the platform architecture including data acquisition layer,module layer,task layer and management layer was designed.The module was taken as the bottom layer to expand to the upper layer tasks,and the task configuration management was realized through the platform.Results In the process of using the platform,7 statistical reporting tasks,3 categories of data governance tasks,and 3 system function tasks were completed.During the development of tasks,the application efficiency was ensured,the reuse rate of process tasks was improved,and repeated development was reduced.Conclusion In practice,the RPA-based automated platform can greatly reduce the routine workload under the premise of ensuring accuracy,flexibly develop automated tasks,and perform unified management and configuration of tasks.This kind of RPA automated platform construction plan can provide reference for various automation-related scenarios in hospitals.
