摘要
该文选取40头健康、体重约460 kg的西门塔尔杂交肉牛,随机分为2组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上添加20 g/(d·头)复合酶制剂。试验期共计67 d,其中预饲期7 d,正式试验期60 d。试验期间每天记录采食量,试验期第1天和最后1天晨饲前称重。试验期最后一天称重后晨饲前收集瘤胃液,用于测定瘤胃发酵参数和瘤胃液中的酶活性。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组的平均日增重和饲料转化率显著提高(P<0.05)。干物质、淀粉、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率均显著增加(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组显著提高了育肥肉牛瘤胃液中的丙酸浓度和纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖糖酶的活性(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组降低了瘤胃NH3-N浓度和乙酸/丙酸(P<0.05)。可见,复合酶制剂可以改善育肥肉牛瘤胃酶活性,提高养分表观消化率,从而改善育肥肉牛的生产性能。
Forty healthy Simmental crossbred beef cattle with a body weight of about 460 kg were randomly assigned into two groups.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental group was fed with 20 g/(d·head)complex enzymes additionally.The total period was 67 days,including a 7-d pre-feeding and a 60-d experiment period.The feed intake was accurately recorded daily and weighed.The body weight was measured before the morning feeding at the first and the last day of the experiment.The rumen fluid was collected right after weighing and before the morning feeding at the last day of the experiment to determine rumen fermentation parameters and enzyme activities.The results showed that:compared to the control group,the average daily gain and the feed efficiency of the experiment group was significantly greater(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter,starch,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber was significantly greater of the experiment group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the content of propionic acid and the activity of cellulase,xylanase and β-glucanase of rumen fluid was significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentration of rumen NH3-N and the ratio of acetic acid to propionic acid was significantly decreased with the addition of complex enzymes(P<0.05).It concludes that the complex enzymes can improve the rumen enzyme activity,the nutrients apparent digestibility and then improve the growth performance of fattening beef cattle.
