不同环境条件下锈赤扁谷盗呼吸速率的变化研究

摘要 本研究以储粮重要害虫锈赤扁谷盗为研究对象,旨在明确不同环境条件(不同温度和小麦湿度)对于不同发育阶段、不同磷化氢抗性水平的锈赤扁谷盗呼吸速率的影响。研究结果显示:锈赤扁谷盗成虫的呼吸速率显著高于幼虫,幼虫呼吸速率显著强于蛹;不同磷化氢抗性水平的锈赤扁谷盗的呼吸速率均差异较大,且磷化氢高抗品系试虫的呼吸速率显著高于低抗品系试虫;锈赤扁谷盗呼吸速率随外界温度和小麦水分含量的增加,其呼吸速率均呈现上调趋势,且在35℃和14%小麦水质量分数的环境下,锈赤扁谷盗的呼吸速率达到峰值。 The present study focused on the important stored grain pest Cryptolestes ferrugineus to clarify the effects of different environmental conditions(different temperatures and wheat humidity)on the respiratory rate of C.ferrugineus at different developmental stages and phosphine resistance levels.The results indicated that the respiratory rate of the adults was significantly higher than that of the larvae,and the respiratory rate of the larvae was significantly stronger than that of the pupae in C.ferrugineus.The respiratory rate of C.ferrugineus exhibited an increasing trend with the rise in ambient temperature and moisture content of wheat.Notably,the peak respiratory rate of C.ferrugineus was attained in an environment with a temperature of 35℃and a wheat moisture mass fraction of 14%.
