穴位电针治疗对腰椎间盘突出症疗效及疼痛影响

The Efficacy and Pain of Acupoint Electroacupuncture on Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨穴位电针治疗对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及对疼痛的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年3月第923医院贵港医疗区收治的160例腰椎间盘突出症患者,依据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组采取牵引治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位电针治疗。治疗前后采用视觉模拟量表(VAS)和日本骨科学会(JOA)评分系统对患者进行评估,评价近期疗效,并随访3个月了解疼痛复发情况。结果观察组治疗1个疗程、2个疗程、3个疗程的VAS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组JOA总分均明显提高,且观察组JOA总分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组疼痛复发程度明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),疼痛发作频率低于对照组,持续发作时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位电针治疗对腰椎间盘突出症具有明确效果,可有效缓解疼痛,并减少疼痛反复发作的程度与频率,提高近期临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint electroacupuncture on lumbar disc herniation and its effect on pain.Methods From January 2020 to March 2023,160 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traction,and the observation group was combined with acupoint electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group.Patients were evaluated before and after treatment using the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Society(JOA)scoring system to evaluate short-term efficacy,and were followed up for 3 months to understand pain recurrence.Results Compared with baseline,the total score of JOA in both groups after treatment was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the total score of JOA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(93.75%)was significantly higher than that of control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the severity of pain recurrence in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the frequency and duration of pain attack were significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint electroacupuncture treatment for lumbar disc herniation has a clear effect,can effectively relieve back and leg pain,and reduce the recurrence of pain,improve the short-term clinical effect.
