新时代建设现代化经济体系,对于促进我国经济高质量发展、推进社会主义现代化强国建设、参与新一轮经济全球化竞争具有重要意义,也能为一些发展中国家摆脱对西方发展路径的依赖贡献中国智慧和中国方案。在发展新质生产力视角下,增长动力体系、循环机制和支撑系统组成了建设现代化经济体系的逻辑框架。新时代建设现代化经济体系,需要在完善现代化产业体系中形成以创新为驱动、以绿色发展为基础的经济模式,在统筹供需两侧中建设内外联动、循环畅通的国民经济体系,在深化要素市场与收入分配体制改革中建设效率与公平兼顾的市场运行机制。

The construction of a modernized economic system in the new era is a strategic plan made in response to the requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,which is of great significance for promoting high-quality development of China’s economy,participating in a new round of economic globalization,and advancing the construction of a socialist modernized strong country.We must systematically grasp the logical framework of the modern economic system in the new era from three levels:growth drivers,circulation mechanisms,and support systems,improve the modern industrial system and green development mechanisms,coordinate supply side reform and demand side management,deepen the reform of factor markets and income distribution systems,promote the smooth development of domestic and international economic cycles,win the initiative in international competition.It will also contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for some developing countries to get rid of their dependence on Western development paths.
