“中心-边缘”视角下“双一流”高校国际化的困境和发展进路

Dilemma and Implement Path of Internationalization of“Double First-Class”Universities from the Perspective of“Centre-Periphery”Structure

“双一流”高校国际化发展是高等教育领域的重大发展战略,对提升我国高等教育全球竞争力具有重要引领价值。研究以“中心-边缘”理论为视角,发现我国“双一流”高校在国际认可度、国际交流合作、国际化政策等方面表现出明显的“中心-边缘”格局。据此,文章从打造区域独特的国际形象、积极寻求跨国“边缘”合作、建立健全对外开放政策机制等方面为推动我国“双一流”高校国际化发展提出建议。

The internationalization development of“double first-class”universities is a crucial strategy in higher education,which has an important guiding value in enhancing the global competitiveness of China’s higher education.From the perspective of“centre-periphery”structure,the study found that China’s“double first-class”universities have shown an obvious“centre-periphery”pattern.Based on this,the article put forward suggestions to promote the internationalization of China’s“double first-class”universities from the following aspects:building international images with regional features,actively seeking multinational“peripheral”cooperation,as well as establishing and perfecting the policy mechanism of opening-up.
