摘要
随着智能制造的深入发展,5G、云计算、大数据、人工智能等新一代信息技术不断优化工业生产制造的各个环节,催生出新的生产模式及技术革新。本文首先介绍了智能制造的基本概念,然后结合智慧工厂应用实际介绍了5G网络在智能制造的应用场景并阐述发展中的需求分析及展望,最后分析了5G在智能制造领域遇到的挑战及给出相应建议。
With the deepening development of intelligent manufacturing,new-generation information technologies such as 5G,cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence continuously optimize various aspects of industrial production and manufacturing,giving rise to new production models and technological innovations.This paper first introduces the basic concept of intelligent manufacturing.Next,by combining practical applications in smart factories,it introduces the application scenarios of 5G networks in intelligent manufacturing,and expounds the analysis of needs in the development and future prospects.Finally,it analyzes the challenges faced by 5G in the field of intelligent manufacturing and provides corresponding recommendations.
