基于挣得值法的特高压交流气体绝缘变电站设备安装工程成本管理研究

摘要 为积极适应经济发展需要,我国大力发展户内紧凑型特高压交流气体绝缘变电站。该变电站既提升了土地利用效率[1],增强了电网供电容量,也有效地缓解了用电紧张,促进了经济发展[2]。本文对交流GIS设备安装工程成本管理存在问题进行深入分析,制定交流GIS设备安装工程工作分解结构(WBS)[3],通过对不同月份的挣得值分析,得出影响工程项目成本的偏差因素,提出完善优化措施。 In order to actively adapt to the needs of economic development,China vigorously develops indoor compact ultra-high voltage alternating current gas insulated substation(GIS).This substation improves land use efficiency[1],enhances the power supply capacity of the power grid,effectively alleviates the power utilization shortage,and promotes economic development[2].This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the existing problems in the cost management of alternating current GIS equipment installation projects,formulates the work breakdown structure(WBS)of alternating current GIS equipment installation projects[3],obtains the deviation factors affecting the cost of engineering projects through the earned value analysis at different months,and proposes improvement and optimization measures.
