This paper discusses the key points of the management for large-scale construction projects of venues in EPC mode.Taking Chongqing Longxing Football Field and Chengdu Phoenix Hill Sports Park as examples,this paper introduces the management ideas in design,procurement,construction and business,emphasizes the advantages of EPC mode in project cost control,resource integration,and integrated design,and points out the advantages and challenges of the EPC management mode,as well as the wide application prospects in the field of modern construction.
