乡村振兴下的低层装配式住宅智慧建造

摘要 为了合理解决及观望装配式建筑向智能化方向发展,本研究提出了低层装配式住宅智慧建造,解决耗时长,构件连接等因素对工程的影响。采用BIM等建筑软件提前演示模拟来检查项目的合理性,采用子母槽及锚筋搭建方式,独立式基础等结构,改善结构稳定性与工厂集体化生产,节约时间,便于安装运输。通过BIM模型的虚拟建筑+实际的施工或管理现场,对运营阶段的建造材料损耗、折旧、安全性的预测,进而在多方面促进乡村低层装配式住宅智慧建造。 In order to reasonably solve and observe the intelligence development of prefabricated buildings,this study proposes the intelligent construction of low-rise prefabricated houses,which solves the influence of factors such as long time consumption and component connection on the project.BIM and other construction software are used for demonstration and simulation in advance to check the rationality of the project.The primary-secondary groove and anchor construction method,independent foundation and other structures are used to improve the structural stability and factory collective production,which save time,and facilitate installation and transportation.Through the virtual building of the BIM model+actual construction or management site,the loss,depreciation and safety of construction materials in the operation stage are predicted,accordingly the intelligent construction of rural low-rise prefabricated houses is promoted in many aspects.
