多频血管超声联合心电分段定位导管尖端位置在肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管中的应用

Application of multi-frequency vascular ultrasound combined with electrocardiogram segmentalized catheter tip location in PICC catheterization of tumor chemotherapy patients

目的探讨多频血管超声结合心电分段定位导管尖端位置在肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管中的应用效果。方法选择2023年1月至2023年9月重庆大学附属三峡医院收治的60例肿瘤化疗置入PICC导管患者作为研究对象, 随机分为研究组和对照组, 各30例。研究组应用多频超声结合心电定位导管尖端位置进行PICC置管, 对照组仅采用传统的心电定位方法。比较两组患者置管效果、并发症发生率及患者满意度的差异。结果研究组在操作时间、出血量方面均显著优于对照组(P<0.05), 导管尖端一次性到位的成功率也高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为3.33%, 而对照组为16.67%, 两组之间的差异未达到统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者满意度方面, 研究组在疼痛程度、舒适感和术后恢复上均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多频血管超声结合心电分段定位导管尖端位置在肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管中的应用, 可以有效缩短操作时间、减少出血量、提高导管尖端一次性到位的成功率, 并获得患者较高的满意度, 值得在临床中进一步推广应用。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of multi-frequency vascular ultrasound combined with electrocardiogram segmentalized catheter tip location in PICC catheterization of tumor chemotherapy patients.MethodsFrom January to September 2023,60 patients with PICC catheter implantation in Chongqing University Three Gorges Hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The study group used multi-frequency ultrasound combined with electrocardiographic catheter tip position for PICC placement,while the control group only used traditional electrocardiographic location.The differences of catheterization effect,complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe operation time and blood loss of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the success rate of the study group in achieving a one-time accurate placement of the catheter tip was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was 3.33%in the study group and 16.67%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of patient satisfaction,the study group had significantly better outcomes in terms of pain,comfort and postoperative recovery compared to the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe application of multi-frequency vascular ultrasound combined with segmented ECG catheter tip location in PICC catheterization of tumor chemotherapy patients can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce blood loss,improve the success rate of catheter tip placement at one time,and obtain high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
