优化健康教育结合五行音乐疗法在急性脑出血患者术后恢复中的应用

Application of optimal health education combined with five elements music therapy in postoperative recovery of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析优化健康教育结合五行音乐疗法在急性脑出血患者术后恢复中的应用。方法选取上海中医药大学附属曙光医院神经外科于2022年1月至2023年1月收治的急性脑出血患者103例作为研究对象, 根据不同干预方式分为对照组51例(采用常规术后康复干预)和观察组52例(采用优化健康教育结合五行音乐疗法)。对比两组神经功能缺损程度[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale, NIHSS)]、自理能力[Barthel指数(Barthel Index, BI)]、肢体运动功能[运动功能评分量表(Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment, FMA)]、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale, SDS)]及并发症发生率。结果两组干预后NIHSS量表评分均降低, 且观察组评分低于对照组, 两组治疗后BI指数评分升高, 且观察组评分高于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组干预后FMA量表评分均升高, 且观察组评分高于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组干预后SAS与SDS评分均下降, 且试验组SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率(15.37%)明显低于对照组(39.22%), 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用优化健康教育结合五行音乐疗法可以促进急性脑出血患者的术后恢复, 改善其机体神经、肢体功能及心理状态, 提高其自我管理能力, 减少并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the application of optimal health education combined with five elements music therapy in postoperative recovery of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 103 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into control group with 51 cases(received conventional postoperative rehabilitation intervention)and observation group with 52 cases(received optimal health education combined with five elements music therapy).Neurological impairment degree[NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)J,self-care ability[Barthel Index(BI)],body motor function[Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA)J,mental state[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale((SAS),the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)J,and the incidence of complications of the two groups werecompared.Results NIHSS scale score of the two groups decreased after intervention,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.After intervention,the BI index score of the two groups increased,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of FMA scale in the two groups increased,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased,and SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(15.37%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(39.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusions The application of optimal health education combined with five elements music therapy can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,improve their neurological,limb function and psychological state,improve their self-management ability,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
