围生期专业哺乳顾问联合多模式赋能支持对初产妇产后泌乳时间、纯母乳喂养率的影响

Effects of perinatal specialized lactation consultants combined with multimodal empowerment support on postpartum lactation time and exclusive breastfeeding rate among primiparous women

目的探讨围生期专业哺乳顾问联合多模式赋能支持对初产妇产后泌乳时间、纯母乳喂养率的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月于复旦大学附属妇产科医院收治的86例初产产妇, 随机将产妇分为联合护理组(43例)和常规护理组(43例)。常规护理组产妇于围生期采用常规护理, 联合护理组围生期采用专业哺乳顾问联合多模式赋能支持护理。分别于护理前后, 比较两组产妇的母乳喂养情况、纯母乳喂养率、泌乳情况、母乳喂养技能和新生儿护理技能。结果联合护理组初产妇的初次泌乳时间较常规护理组短, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合护理组产妇的纯母乳喂养率为83.72%, 常规护理组的纯母乳喂养率为65.12%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合护理组产妇的泌乳频率较常规护理组高, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合护理组产妇的母乳喂养技能较常规护理组好, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合护理组产妇的新生儿护理技能较常规护理组好, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围生期专业哺乳顾问联合多模式赋能支持可以提高初产妇的泌乳量, 使其产后泌乳时间提前, 提高初产妇的纯母乳喂养率。

ObjectiveTo explore the effects of perinatal professional lactation consultants combined with multimodal empowerment support on postpartum lactation time and exclusive breastfeeding rates among primiparous women.MethodsA total of 86 cases of primiparous women admitted to Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology Affiliated to Fudan University from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into the combined care group(43 cases)and the routine care group(43 cases).The routine care group received routine care during perinatal period,while the combined care group received professional lactation consultants combined multimodal empowerment support.Before and after nursing,the breastfeeding situation,exclusive breastfeeding rate,lactation situation,breastfeeding skills and neonatal care skills of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe time of initial lactation in the combined care group was shorter than that in the routine care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The exclusive breastfeeding rate of mothers in the combined care group was 83.72%,while the rate for mothers in the routine care group was 65.12%,with statistical significace(P<0.05).Mothers in the combined care group had a higher frequency of lactation than those in the routine care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Mothers in the combined care group had better breastfeeding skills than those in the routine care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Mothers in the combined care group had better neonatal care skills than the routine care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsProfessional lactation consultants in the perinatal period combined with multimodal empowerment support can increase the amount of lactation of primiparous mothers,advance their postpartum lactation,and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding among primiparous mothers.
