基于ANSYS的电源装置水路设计与分析

摘要 针对电源装置的冷却水路,在理论分析的基础上,对电源装置的整体冷却水路进行设计分析,确定了设备冷却水路各管路通径,并在ANSYS中建立电源装置的水路模型,通过仿真计算验证电源装置水路设计的合理性,为后续设备的水路设计奠定了基础。 Aiming at the water-cooling pipeline of a power supply device,based on theoretical analysis,the overall water-cooling pipeline of the power supply device is designed and analyzed.The diameter of each pipeline of the cooling water circuit of the equipment is determined,and the water circuit model of the power supply unit is set up in ANSYS,and the water circuit design of the power supply unit is verified to be reasonable through simulation calculations,which lays the foundation of the subsequent design of the water circuit of the equipment.
