大功率车载驱动电机多工况效率优化

Multi-condition efficiency optimization of high-power drive motor for vehicles

摘要 为提高车载永磁驱动电机在特定的周期性工况下的电机效率,并同时满足所需的扭矩-速度输出性能要求和其他体积及热设计约束,本文通过分析给定工况的频次分布,采用若干特征工况点来表征驱动电机在整个周期性工况中的全局效率,并根据这些点进行设计优化。利用该方法设计的优化方案Ⅰ和优化方案Ⅱ,满足在不同条件下的使用要求,提高了驱动电机多工况全局效率。通过电磁仿真说明了该方法的有效性,且大大减少了电机在非线性设计优化过程中的计算时间。 In order to improve motor efficiency under certain periodic operating conditions while meeting the required torque-velocity output performance and other volume and thermal design constraints.This paper analyzes the frequency distribution of a given working condition while several characteristic working condition points are used to characterize the global efficiency of the motor in the whole periodic working condition,and the design optimization is carried out according to these points.The optimization schemesⅠandⅡdesigned using this method meet the usage requirements under different conditions and improve the totall efficiency of the drive motor under multiple operating conditions.The practicability of the proposed method is demonstrated by electromagnetic simulation,and this method greatly reduces the calculation time of the nonlinear design optimization process of the motor.
