摘要
为了降低电机的运行温度,提高电机的安全性,针对电机的散热情况,基于有限元理论分析,在Icepak中建立电机散热仿真模型并进行仿真计算,确定了影响电机散热的因素,对电机风道结构和风机参数的选择进行了优化设计,结果表明优化后的电机温升降低了约85℃,为电机的工程化应用奠定了基础。
In order to reduce the operating temperature of the motor and improve its safety,this paper proposes to establish a motor heat dissipation simulation model based on finite element theory analysis in Icepak,so as to determine the factors affecting motor heat dissipation.The selection of motor air duct structure and fan parameters is optimized on design,and the results show that the motor temperature rise decreased by about 85 through optimization,laying a foundation for the engineering application of the motor.
