摘要
本文采用磁荷法分析了双边长初级、永磁短次级结构的同步直线电机的磁场分布、次级单边磁拉力、双边初级法向力、电磁推力等电磁特性参数,同时采用有限元仿真的方法进行了计算。结果表明,磁荷法的解析结果和有限元仿真结果具有高度的一致性,验证了本文磁荷法计算方法同样适用于双边永磁同步直线电机的电磁特性分析,拓展了磁荷法的应用范围。
This paper proposes adopting magnetic charge method to analyze the magnetic field distribution,secondary unidirectional magnetic pulling force,bilateral primary normal force,electromagnetic thrust,and other electromagnetic characteristic parameters of a double-sided primary,permanent magnet short secondary synchronous linear motor(PMSLM).Finite element simulation is also conducted for comparison.The results demonstrate a high degree of consistency between the analytical results obtained by using the magnetic charge method and the results obtained from finite element simulation.It verifies that magnetic charge method in this paper is also applicable to the analysis of the electromagnetic characteristics of double-side PMSLM,and expands the application scope of the magnetic charge method.
