基于专利数据的产业链视角下企业合作目标预测研究--以新能源汽车产业为例

Research on Enterprise Cooperation Objectives Prediction from the Perspective of Industry Chain Based on Patent Data:Taking the New Energy Vehicle Industry as an Example

[目的/意义]企业在产业链不同环节上的技术合作具有不同但相关的特点,并且还受企业自身技术特征影响,因此从产业链视角研究企业的合作关系对企业制定灵活有效的战略规划有重要意义。[方法/过程]文章提出一个基于LDA与GCN模型的产业链多层网络框架MNIC-LG。首先,基于专利数据根据产业链上、中、下游的关系建立企业多层技术合作网络;其次,使用LDA主题模型提取企业的技术主题概率矩阵作为节点的技术特征属性;最后,使用GCN提取网络结构属性,再融入层间关系,通过链路预测得到企业产业链各层环节的技术合作目标。[结果/结论]企业在产业链上特定环节的合作受自身技术主题属性与其他环节合作关系的影响。使用多层网络,结合企业的技术主题属性特征与网络结构特征,引入产业链上的层间关系分析产业链各层企业技术合作关系的方法可行,能够有效预测企业在产业链上各环节的合作目标。

[Purpose/significance]The technical cooperation of enterprises in different links of the industry chain has different but related characteristics,and is also affected by the technical characteristics of enterprises themselves.Therefore,studying the cooperation relationship of enterprises from the perspective of the industry chain is of great significance for enterprises to make flexible and effective strategic planning.[Method/process]This paper proposes a Multilayer Network of Industrial Chain Based on LDA and GCN(MNIC-LG).Firstly,a multi-layer technical cooperation network of enterprises is established based on patent data and the relationship between the upper,middle and lower reaches of the industry chain.Secondly,LDA topic model is used to extract the technical topic probability matrix of enterprises as the technical feature attributes of nodes.Then GCN is used to extract the network structure attributes and integrate the inter-layer relationships.Finally,the technical cooperation objectives of each layer of the enterprise industry chain are obtained through the link prediction.[Result/conclusion]The cooperation of a specific link in the industry chain is influenced by its own technical subject attribute and the cooperation relationship of other links.It is feasible to analyze the technical cooperation relationship of enterprises at each layer of the industry chain by using multi-layer network and combining the characteristics of technical theme and network structure of enterprises,which can effectively predict the cooperation objectives of enterprises in each link of the industry chain.
