摘要
教师课程转化是指教师基于对课程方案、课程标准等官方正式课程文件精神与要求的领悟、表征和实际操作,将有价值的抽象教育理念转化为具体可操作的课程设计与教学行为的过程。教师课程转化是课程实施层级中的核心环节,是落实课程政策的重要途径,也是新时代赋予教师的课程责任。教师课程转化的理念提出和实践推进,对于提升课程运行效率,增进课程方案落实质量意义重大,有助于消减课程落差,减轻教师课程负荷,重塑教师课程文化。推进基础教育课程教学改革,促进基础教育扩优提质,必须依靠教师课程转化。实现教师课程转化,需要增强教师价值认同,培育课程转化意识;提升教师课程素养,生成教学实践智慧;营造专业发展环境,建构专业学习社群。
Teacher curriculum transformation refers to the process that teachers transform abstract and valuable educational ideas into concrete and operable curriculum design and teaching behavior based on their understanding,representation and practical operation of official courses such as curriculum plans and curriculum standards.Teacher curriculum transformation is the core link in curriculum implementation level,an important way to implement the curriculum policy,and also a curriculum responsibility entrusted to teachers in the new era.It is of great significance to put forward the idea of teacher curriculum transformation and promote the practice for improving the efficiency of curriculum operation,improving the quality of curriculum implementation,helping to reduce the curriculum gap,reduce the curriculum load,and reshape the curriculum culture of teachers.To promote the reform of basic education curriculum and promote the expansion and improvement of basic education,we must rely on the transformation of teachers'curriculum.At present,it is necessary to strengthen teachers'value identification and cultivate curriculum transformation consciousness;Improve teachers'curriculum quality and generate teaching practice wisdom;Create a professional development environment and build a professional learning community.
