CFB锅炉协同处置固体废物研究

摘要 介绍了某石化企业现有CFB(循环流化床)锅炉掺烧协同处置厂内固体废物的可行性试验情况。结果表明:CFB锅炉燃料中掺烧质量占比为4%的工业固体废物后,其废气中氮氧化物、二氧化硫、烟尘、氯化氢、二噁英、重金属等污染物排放稳定且达标,3项常规污染因子排放浓度远低于超低排放标准限值;飞灰及炉渣浸出毒性的各个指标均未超出危险废物鉴别标准,大部分指标未检出或远低于标准限值,飞灰及炉渣一般固体废物属性未改变;厂界环境空气质量监测结果显示,掺烧后未对周边环境空气质量产生不利影响。经过计算热值,掺烧2×10^(4) t固体废物可代替锅炉燃料(石油焦)约4978 t,具有明显的环境效益和经济效益。 This paper introduces the feasibility test of co firing existing CFB(circulating fluidized bed)boilers to co-dispose of solid waste in a certain petrochemical enterprise.The results show that after co firing industrial solid waste with a proportion of 4%in CFB boilers,the emissions of nitrogen oxides,sulfur dioxide,dust,hydrogen chloride,dioxins,heavy metals and other pollutants in the exhaust gas can stably meet the standards.The emission concentrations of the three conventional pollution factors are also far below the ultra-low emission standard limits.The toxicity indicators of fly ash and slag leaching have not exceeded the hazardous waste identification standards,and most indicators have not been detected or far below the standard limits.The general solid waste properties of fly ash and slag have not changed.According to the monitoring results of the air quality at the factory boundary,the co firing test did not have any adverse effects on the air quality in the surrounding environment.After calculating the calorific value,it can be concluded that co firing 20,000 tons of solid waste can replace approximately 4,900 tons of boiler fuel(petroleum coke),which has significant environmental and economic benefits.
