承德地区乡村文化建设现状及振兴举措探究

Research on the Present Situation and Revitalization Measures of Rural Culture Construction in Chengde Region

承德地区在乡村文化建设方面取得了显著成果,作为乡村文化振兴主体的乡村民众的文化素质明显提升,彰显乡村文化振兴灵魂的优秀传统文化保护与传承效果显著,凝聚乡村文化振兴活力的乡村文化产业市场化程度不断提高,表征乡村文化振兴样态的乡村居民精神文化生活变得丰富多彩。但仍存在城乡文化发展不平衡、内生发展动力不足、文化人才匮乏等问题,影响着乡村文化振兴的持续发展。根据承德乡村的实际情况,从完善顶层设计、充实人力资源、聚焦区位优势、提升农民素质等维度,探究承德地区乡村文化振兴的举措。

Chengde region has made remarkable achievements in the construction of rural culture.As the main body of rural culture,the cultural quality of rural people has obviously improved.The protection and inheritance of excellent traditional culture,which highlights the soul of rural culture revitalization,have achieved remarkable effects;The marketization degree of rural cultural industry,which embodies the revitalization of rural culture,has been continuously improved;The spiritual and cultural life of rural residents,which represents the revitalization of rural culture,is rich and colorful.However,there are still some problems such as unbalanced urban and rural cultural development,insufficient endogenous development power,and lack of cultural talents,which affect the sustainable development of rural cultural revitalization.According to the actual situation of Chengde rural areas,this paper explores the measures for the revitalization of rural culture in Chengde from the aspects of perfecting top-level design,enriching human resources,focusing on location advantages and improving farmers’quality.
