海勤官兵健康素养现状及影响因素分析

Current status of health literacy and its influencing factors in seamen

目的 了解海勤官兵健康素养现状及影响因素,为开展有针对性的健康教育提供依据。方法 通过海勤官兵健康素养量表对随机整群抽样选取的302名海勤官兵进行问卷调查。结果 具备健康素养的海勤官兵占55.1%,各维度健康素养水平由高到低依次为基本健康理念(72.1%)、基本健康行为(54.0%)、基本健康知识(41.3%)、基本健康技能(33.4%)。多元Logistic回归分析发现,学历、上舰时间、吸烟及晚睡次数是海勤官兵健康素养的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 海勤官兵整体健康素养水平发展不平衡,尤其在健康知识和健康技能方面还有待加强,基层部队应开展有针对性的健康教育,纠正不良生活方式,不断提高官兵健康素养水平。

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of health literacy in seamen.Methods The random cluster sampling method was adopted to select 302 naval officers and soldiers,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate their health literacy.Results The proportion of respondents with health literacy was 55.1%.The level of health literacy ranked from high to low as follows:basic health concept(72.1%),basic health behaviors(54.0%),basic health knowledge(41.3%),and basic health skills(33.4%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education background,the length of time to board,smoking and sleep late were influencing factors for health literacy in seamen(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall health literacy level is unbalanced in seamen,especially in health knowledge and health skills,which need to be strengthened.It is essential to carry out targeted health education,correct unhealthy lifestyles and constantly improve the level of health literacy of seamen.
