康养产业和田园综合体都是顺应时代和经济发展要求的产物,二者也都处于发展的上升阶段。但二者之间不是孤立隔绝的,而在核心内涵、根本目标、环境要求等方面具有一定的契合点,具有融合发展的可能。但同样也都面临着一些困境,比如人才供给不足、产业用地矛盾、规划设计缺乏特色、缺乏成熟可供借鉴的模式等。本文通过融合发展的可行性分析以及指出二者存在的问题,为促进中国农业农村发展、解决养老问题等提供一定的启示。

The health and wellness industry and rural complexes are both products that meet the requirements of the times and economic development,and both are also in an upward stage of development.But the two are not isolated and isolated,but have a certain degree of convergence in core connotations,fundamental goals,environmental requirements,etc.,and have the possibility of integrated development.But they also face some difficulties,such as insufficient talent supply,contradictions in industrial land use,lack of distinctive planning and design,and a lack of mature models for reference.This article provides some inspiration for promoting the development of agriculture and rural areas in China and solving the problem of elderly care by analyzing the feasibility of integrated development and pointing out the existing problems of the two.
